For .uk domains (.uk/.co.uk/.org.uk/.me.uk etc)
In order to transfer a .uk domain to us, you will need to change the domain's IPS tag. This is the identifier that lets Nominet (the domain governing body for .uk domains) what provider is currently managing it for you.
Our IPS TAG: APII
We are a full Nominet member and domain registrar.

- Login to your APII.IO Client Area and click on Domains -> Transfer Domain to Us.
- Follow the next steps to make sure all the registration details are correct and then the domain is added to the cart.
- You will need to contact your current registrar to update your domains IPS TAG with ours: APII

For .com .net .org and other domains
In order to transfer .com net .org .info .biz (and other non .uk domains) you will need to perform 2 steps before you can begin the transfer:
- UNLOCK the domain from the current registrar (domains are locked to prevent accidental or malicious transfers).
- Obtain the EPP code (authorization code)
- Make sure the contact details are up to date, especially your email.As verification emails are often used in the transfer process.
When you have completed the above steps:
- Login to your APII.IO Client Area and click on Domains -> Transfer Domain to Us.
- Enter the domain you wish to transfer and the Auth/EPP code from your current registrar. Follow the next steps to make sure all the registration details are correct and then the domain is added to the cart.
- You will receive an email to confirm your transfer request. Follow the special link in the email to proceed with the transfer. This will entitled "Domain Transfer Request for __yourdomain.com___".
Note: You can add more domains before competing the checkout process :)
